Job Summary

We are seeking a Mid-Level AWS Cloud Engineer to join our growing DevOps/Cloud team. This role requires hands-on expertise in Elastic Beanstalk, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and strong familiarity with AWS networking and security best practices. You will help design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure to support highly available and secure applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy and manage applications using AWS Elastic Beanstalk for scalable, environment-based deployments
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform (IaC)
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using TeamCity, Docker, GitHub Actions, or similar tools
• Implement and maintain secure VPC architectures, subnets, route tables, NAT gateways, and security groups
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize performance of cloud environments using AWS CloudWatch and other monitoring tools
• Apply AWS security best practices (IAM, KMS, encryption, access controls, etc.)
• Work closely with development, QA, and DevOps teams to support application lifecycle
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and disaster recovery readiness of cloud systems

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in AWS cloud engineering
• Proficient with Terraform for infrastructure automation
• Strong experience with AWS Elastic Beanstalk for deploying and managing applications
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Solid understanding of AWS networking (VPCs, subnets, routing, security groups, NACLs, etc.)
• Familiarity with AWS security services and principles (IAM, KMS, GuardDuty, CloudTrail, etc.)
• Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python)
• Knowledge of container technologies (Docker, ECS/EKS) is a plus
• AWS certification (e.g., Solutions Architect Associate, SysOps Administrator) preferred

Nice to Have

• Experience with monitoring/logging tools (CloudWatch, Datadog, ELK, etc.)
• Familiarity with CloudFormation or CDK
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevSecOps practices
