IAM Engineer (Ping Identity)
Location: Spain (fully remote)

About the Role
We are looking for IAM Engineer with hands-on experience in the Ping Identity suite (PingDirectory, PingFederate, PingAccess, or related components). You’ll be part of the Identity Federation team, responsible for delivering secure and scalable authentication and access solutions for internal and external users across ABN AMRO’s platforms.
This role is ideal for professionals with 4+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) who are confident working with Ping Identity tools, Azure Cloud, and DevOps technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Configure, deploy, and maintain PingDirectory, PingFederate, PingAccess, or related components.
Design and implement directory structures, replication, and access control policies.
Develop and integrate OAuth2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML federation flows.
Build and maintain custom adapters or integrations (preferably in Java or Groovy).
Support Azure cloud migrations and manage related IAM integrations.
Automate infrastructure using Terraform, Docker, Helm, and Kubernetes.
Set up CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps and manage deployment processes.
Monitor and troubleshoot systems using AppDynamics, Splunk, ServiceNow, or similar tools.
Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure secure, reusable IAM frameworks across the organisation.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or related fields.
Practical experience with Ping Identity products (PingDirectory, PingFederate, PingAccess, or PingGovernance).
Good knowledge of OAuth2.0, OpenID Connect, and other federation standards.
Experience with Azure cloud services and DevOps tools.
Familiarity with Java, Terraform, Docker, or Kubernetes.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience developing custom adapters or APIs using Java or Groovy.
Understanding of Identity Lifecycle Management and governance concepts.
Exposure to monitoring, logging, and incident management tools.
Experience working in large-scale or regulated enterprise environments.
