About Resolve AI
- At Resolve, we’re building Agentic AI that empowers software engineers by automating production engineering and SRE workflows. Our models deeply understand production systems — from code to databases — taking on repetitive, high-pressure tasks and handling critical incidents autonomously, so engineers can focus on building.
- Our founders (Spiros Xanthos and Mayank Agarwal) are the core creators of OpenTelemetry and led Splunk Observability. They have had 2 successful exits to Splunk and VMware.
- We raised a $35M Seed round from top-tier investors like Greylock, Unusual Ventures, Jeff Dean (Chief Scientist, Google DeepMind), Thomas Dohmke (CEO, GitHub), Matt Garman (CEO, AWS), Reid Hoffman (Founder, LinkedIn) and Fei Fei Li (Professor, Stanford).
- Lead the Design and Implementation of Frontend Systems Take full ownership of the user experience across Resolve AI’s product.. Build delightful, intuitive, and high-performance interfaces using TypeScript, React, and modern frontend tooling.
- Drive Product Vision Translate complex systems and AI capabilities into user-facing features that enable engineers to interact naturally with our AI agent. Deliver interfaces that make powerful workflows feel simple.
- Ensure Performance and Maintainability Design scalable frontend architecture that is maintainable, performant, and responsive—especially for data-intensive visualizations and real-time interfaces.
- Build With Product and Users in Mind Collaborate closely with backend engineers, designers, and PMs. Lead discussions on product direction and advocate for the end user. Turn real-world pain points into elegant frontend solutions.
- Iterate Quickly and Responsibly Prototype new features rapidly and incorporate user feedback in tight development loops. Contribute to UI quality through robust testing, accessibility, and component reuse.
- Minimum of 5 years experience doing software development
- Advanced proficiency in TypeScript and React, with a track record of building scalable, maintainable, and performant applications
- Strong UX instincts and ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive interfaces—especially for developer tools, observability systems, or data-heavy applications
- Experience designing and building reusable component libraries or design systems
- Fluency in collaborating with backend teams on APIs and performance optimization across the stack
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving startup environment, balancing polish and pragmatism
- Bonus: interest in AI or developer agents, and curiosity around the impact of LLMs in the product experience
