Short description

You’ll work directly with our Head of Growth. You need to turn strategy into shipped campaigns and measurable results: build fast funnels, run paid and quest/partner launches, wire up tracking, and report what’s working so we can scale it.

Your role

• Co-build GTM plans for our clients - translate strategy into structured growth campaigns with clear milestones, budgets, and performance metrics
• Support budgeting and planning - manage spend tracking, performance dashboards, and channel-level ROI.
• Build high-conversion funnels - landing pages logic structure, Typeforms, UTMs, tracking systems, thank-you flows, and A/B tests that convert.
• Run paid & quest campaigns - execute and optimize on Quest platforms, Meta Ads, X, and partner activations.
• Collaborate with execution teams - align copy, design, tech implementations; make sure assets and timelines stay tight.
• Own analytics & reporting - monitor performance, update dashboards (GA4, Looker, spreadsheets), and highlight insights weekly.
• Research markets & competitors - identify new growth levers, channel trends, and conversion mechanics worth testing.

Requirements

• 3-5 years in growth or performance marketing (fintech, crypto, or iGaming preferred).
• DeFi/Web3 experience is a plus, but a strong Web2 performance background works
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads; working knowledge of X, YouTube, Telegram, and Quest platforms
• Deep understanding of analytics - GA4, Looker, Hotjar (or other similar tools), spreadsheets, and UTM best practices.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills
