Job Overview:

A MedTech business are looking for an AWS DevOps Engineer to join their growing Product Development team. In this role, you’ll work closely with senior engineers to support and automate the company’s AWS infrastructure - building your experience with CI/CD, cloud networking, and infrastructure as code in a real production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain AWS infrastructure across multiple environments.
• Assist in building and improving CI/CD pipelines using CodeBuild and CloudFormation.
• Help configure and manage IAM roles, permissions, and security policies.
• Learn and apply AWS CLI to automate and manage cloud resources.
• Support monitoring, logging, and cost management tasks across AWS environments.
• Collaborate with developers to improve deployment workflows and environment stability.
• Contribute to documentation and continuous improvement of DevOps processes.

Experience

• 2+ years hands-on experience working in a DevOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure Engineer role.
• Practical experience with AWS services and infrastructure as code (CloudFormation).
• Experience building or maintaining CI/CD pipelines (CodeBuild, CodePipeline, or similar).
• Understanding of AWS networking and AWS CLI.
• Strong awareness of IAM (users, roles, policies, permissions) is a plus.
• Scripting knowledge (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) is a bonus.
• Good working knowledge of Git.
