Job Title: Remote Contract Recruiter

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Remote Contract Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team on a project-based engagement. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding while working closely with hiring managers to deliver timely, high-quality talent.

This is a fully remote position, ideal for professionals who thrive in independent, results-driven setups and are familiar with virtual hiring tools, ATS systems, and remote work collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and customize search strategies.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for active and pipeline roles across multiple functions.
• Build candidate pipelines via LinkedIn, job portals, and digital sourcing methods.
• Manage recruitment workflow on Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and maintain candidate records.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring smooth candidate experience.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate smooth onboarding coordination with HR and management teams.
• Provide weekly recruitment updates and performance metrics.
• Stay informed about industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent market analytics.
• Handle multiple open positions while adhering to deadlines and quality benchmarks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 6 months –3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a remote or agency setup.
• Proven exposure to sourcing mid-senior talent through online platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
• Solid understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements.
• Experience using digital collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, ATS platforms).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• High degree of organizational ability and self-motivation to work independently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience recruiting in industries such as IT, SaaS, Startups, or Consulting.
• Strong network of active and passive candidates.
• Familiarity with vendor coordination and bulk hiring drives.
• Knowledge of performance reporting and analytics-driven hiring.
