Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead and mentor sales and marketing teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture
- Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and targeted marketing campaigns
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics
- Manage budgets and track KPIs to optimize performance
- Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives including SEO, social media, and online advertising
- Handle all supervisory duties of 2-3 direct reports: hiring, training, performance management, and team development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) is required
- 7+ years of leadership experience in sales and/or marketing is required
- Experience in industrial manufacturing is required
- Proven track record of driving revenue and building brand presence
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics
- Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards
