About the Role

We're looking for a versatile product designer who can bring B2B software concepts to life quickly and beautifully. You'll work across the full spectrum—from marketing materials and pitch decks to web designs and application interfaces. This is a flexible, project-based role perfect for someone who thrives on variety and moves fast.

What You'll Work On

Design Deliverables:

  • Proposal templates and enhanced PowerPoint presentations
  • Website designs (desktop and mobile responsive)
  • B2B application UI/UX following modern design standards
  • Rapid prototypes to validate concepts and drive to MVP

Key Projects:

  • Designing customer-facing web properties
  • Building intuitive interfaces for B2B workflows and dashboards
  • Creating polished sales and marketing materials
  • Iterating on designs based on user feedback and business requirements

What We're Looking For

Required Experience:

  • 3+ years designing for B2B SaaS or enterprise applications
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating website design and application UI/UX
  • Proficiency in Figma (or similar design tools)
  • Experience designing across web and mobile platforms
  • Track record of taking projects from concept through to final designs

Must-Have Skills:

  • Deep understanding of B2B UX patterns (dashboards, data tables, complex workflows)
  • Ability to create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes
  • Strong visual design sense with attention to typography, spacing, and hierarchy
  • Experience with design systems and component libraries
  • Comfortable presenting and articulating design decisions

Bonus Points:

  • Proficiency with AI design tools (Midjourney, v0, ChatGPT, Claude, Galileo AI, etc.) to accelerate prototyping
  • Experience with no-code tools (Webflow, Framer, etc.)
  • Motion design or basic animation skills
  • Experience designing pitch decks or sales materials
  • Background in front-end development (HTML/CSS)

Working Style We Value

  • Fast execution - You can move quickly from rough concept to polished prototype
  • Creative problem-solver - You bring ideas to the table, not just pixel-perfect execution
  • Excellent communicator - You proactively share progress, ask clarifying questions, and keep stakeholders informed
  • Juggler - You can handle multiple projects with shifting priorities
  • Self-directed - You don't need hand-holding; you take ownership and run with it

Logistics

Availability: Part-time, project-based (expect 10-20 hours/week with flexibility)

Location: Fully remote (US time zones preferred for overlap)

Communication: We work async-first but expect regular check-ins via Slack/email and occasional video calls
