Our Managed Payroll Services team runs payrolls for hundreds of companies across America. We handle every detail - from setting up new hires and calculating taxes to filing returns and supporting employees - so our clients never have to worry about missed deadlines or compliance errors.

👥About the Team You'll Join

You’ll join a tight-knit group of payroll professionals who support over 90 client accounts each month. We work collaboratively, share knowledge freely, and back each other up to meet tight deadlines and exceed client expectations. It’s a high-performing, supportive team where accuracy, service, and reliability are everything.

📊What You'll Be Doing

• Manage end-to-end payroll for 90+ assigned clients accurately and on schedule.
• Review and validate employee data, benefits, deductions, and taxes.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, answering payroll questions quickly and professionally.
• Audit payroll data to identify and resolve discrepancies before submission.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot system or data issues.
• Prepare client reports and summaries for audits or management review.
• Support quarterly and year-end processes, including W-2s and 1099s.
• Suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.

🔎What We’re Looking For

• Significant U.S. payroll experience, ideally in a multi-client or service bureau setting.
• Comfortable managing high-volume client portfolios (90+ payrolls).
• Strong working knowledge of payroll practices, tax laws, and compliance.
• Experience with payroll systems such as Paylocity, ADP, UKG, or Paycom.
• Skilled in Excel and data reconciliation.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Clear, confident communication with clients and colleagues.
• FPC or CPP certification preferred (but not essential).
