The Business Intelligence Analyst will support marketing and business teams by building automated dashboards, conducting ad hoc analyses, and delivering clear, data-driven recommendations that guide decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and automate Power BI dashboards and KPI reports to visualize performance trends, marketing campaign results, and business metrics
- Address urgent and unscheduled business questions with targeted, flexible analysis using SQL and other data tools.
- Design, automate, and manage Power BI dashboards and KPI reporting systems.
- Perform ad hoc analyses to support marketing strategies and business objectives.
- Evaluate and visualize campaign performance and marketing outcomes.
- Transform complex data into clear, actionable insights to guide decision-making.
- Partner with marketing and data teams to ensure data integrity and completeness.
- Create compelling reports and presentations that effectively communicate data-driven stories.
- Enhance reporting workflows through automation and continuous process improvement
Technical Skills
- 5+ years in a Business Intelligence/Analytics role, including marketing analytics experience
- Must have expertise in visualization and automation
- Must be able to query and manipulate data using SQL
- Expertise in visualization and automation in PowerBI
- 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics
- Strong understanding of how data supports marketing and strategic planning
- Experience creating data presentations, reports, and storytelling for non-technical stakeholders
