Senior Payment Gateway Engineer (X2):

📍Dubai (relocation possible for exceptional candidates)

We’re looking for two backend engineers to build and scale the merchant payment infrastructure for a leading MENA payments platform, enabling businesses to onboard, integrate, and receive payments across emerging markets.

-What You’ll Do:

• Design and maintain payment gateway APIs and merchant onboarding systems.
• Integrate CyberSource, Flutterwave, Paystack, and other providers.
• Optimise transaction success, reconciliation, settlements and report directly into the CTO.
• Ensure PCI-DSS compliance and secure payments.

-Requirements:

• 4+ years backend/payment engineering experience in payments or FinTech.
• Experience with CyberSource, Flutterwave or Paystack.
• Knowledge of payment flows: authorisation, capture, settlement.
• Experience with B2B merchant systems.

-Additional Information:

• Salary: 30,000 AED –35,000 AED a month depending on experience.
• 2-stage interview process, urgent hires.
• There is no office yet, but will be at the start of next year, with a hybrid working model (1-2 days a week in office).
