eNGINE is seeking a hands-on Systems & Network Engineer to support our customer, a Managed Service Provider in Pittsburgh. This role is great for someone who enjoys client interaction as much as solving technical challenges. You’ll design, install, troubleshoot, and maintain client on-site and cloud infrastructure, act as the “voice of the customer,” and ensure best practices across security and technology.

What You’ll Do

• Lead projects for servers, networks, and cloud infrastructure
• Be client-facing: coordinate inbound requests, approvals, and change management
• Travel to local client sites (approx. 40% of your time) to provide hands-on support
• Design, install, and support on-site/cloud infrastructure, network and server equipment
• Communicate with clients on growth planning, security, and best practices
• Manage Microsoft 365 migrations, Windows Server deployments, firewall/network stack config
• Provide phone, remote, and onsite technical support
• Rotate emergency on-call (approx. once every 17 weeks)
• Maintain ticketing, billing, scheduling, and internal support processes

Must-Have Skills

• 3–5+ years’ experience in a similar systems/network role
• Firewall and network stack (wired/wireless) deployment & configuration
• Microsoft Azure administration
• Microsoft 365 & Azure Active Directory administration
• Windows Server deployment/config/administration & workload migrations
• Excellent verbal & written communication; client-facing professionalism

Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation. The role is onsite 4x/week, so applicants must be local to the Pittsburgh area.
