Automotive Embedded Software Engineer (Sofia/relocation to Sofia)

What you’ll do

• Work on the integration and development of the Infotainment or Body Electronics software stack in a production environment.
• Take responsibility for the development of new software components.
• Design, document, implement, and integrate your code.
• Conduct rigorous testing at the component level across platforms, as well as on real targets and in actual vehicles.

What you need to be successful

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field
• Strong programming experience in embedded software development using C and/or C++.
• Experience with embedded systems and embedded signal processing
• Experience in system profiling and analysis using RTOS
• Proficiency in vehicle bus technologies such as Ethernet and SOME/IP (preferred), CAN, LIN, and SPI
• Hands-on experience in developing software components for automotive platforms
• Experience with Classic AUTOSAR; knowledge of the Vector DaVinci toolchain is an advantage.
• Familiarity with ASPICE and ISO 26262 standards.
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective cross-functional teamwork.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently
