Job Description

We are looking for a Head of Revenue & Pricing to join our team of around 1,700 people worldwide to help us power up the traveller's journey for millions of holidaymakers. The job in brief:

Job Title - Head of Revenue & Pricing

Working model - full remote from Spain

Team - you will join the lastminute.com Value Stream within the Revenue & Pricing department.

Level - Managerial

Contract - Permanent - full-time (EUR 36 h/week)

Travel time required - once a quarter you will be required to reach the headquarter in Switzerland

What your impact will be :

  • Define and lead the overall revenue and pricing strategy for the Dynamic Packaging business, ensuring the right balance between growth, profitability, and competitiveness.

  • Develop and evolve dynamic pricing and yield management models, leveraging machine learning, predictive analytics, and real-time market signals together with Strategic analytics team.

  • Own the ingestion, validation, and analysis of internal and external data sources, including competitor intelligence, market trends, and customer behavior.

  • Drive ongoing A/B testing frameworks to evaluate pricing hypotheses, measure impact on conversion and customer acquisition, and iterate on strategy.

  • Partner closely with Commercial, Product, and Marketing teams to align pricing strategies with business objectives and market positioning.

  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, identifying risks and opportunities to optimize revenue performance.

  • Champion automation and scalability, ensuring pricing models and tools evolve with business growth and complexity.



Qualifications

Your expertise:

  • Relevant experience in Revenue Management, Pricing Strategy, or Business Analytics, ideally in an OTA, Tour Operator, or e-commerce environment.

  • Proven experience in leading revenue optimization initiatives with measurable business impact.

  • Deep expertise in data analysis, modelling, and visualization (SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or similar).

  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of operational costs and revenue drivers in dynamic packaging.

  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills - able to translate complex analyses into strategic recommendations.

Desirable:

  • Experience developing dynamic pricing algorithms.

  • Background in A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, or conversion optimization.

  • Familiarity with automation tools and APIs for data ingestion and price distribution.
