Business Intelligence (BI) Professional

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Professional to join a growing team in a global manufacturing multinational.

It’s a technology playground for BI experts passionate about working with the latest SAP and cloud analytics technologies in a modern, global environment.

NB: Relocation to the Ticino region (or nearby area) is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance global C-level BI dashboards to enable business-wide data-driven decisions.
• Lead the scaling and enablement of BI tools, including data modeling and reporting within the group’s global BI architecture.
• Conduct Key User training and provide ongoing support for BI solutions (SAC).
• Collaborate with international Data Governance & Analytics teams and stakeholders.
• Contribute to data architecture evolution (SAP BW, Datasphere) and integration with Data Lakes (SAP or Databricks).

Requirements

• Strong experience in SAP BW and SAP BO, or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP Datasphere.
• Experience with Databricks and Power BI is a strong plus.
• Proven background in BI solution development, data architecture, and data visualization.
• Solid understanding of database structures and data modeling principles.
• Previous exposure to manufacturing, logistics, or similar industrial environments.
• Fluent in English; Italian or German is a plus.
• EU/Swiss work eligibility required.
