Your Role in Our Mission
As an
Executive, IT Asset Management & Support, you will be at the heart of our technology operations — ensuring every asset, from laptops to licenses, is efficiently managed, tracked, and optimized. You’ll take ownership of maintaining accurate IT inventories, coordinating procurement processes, and delivering dependable support to end users. Your role will bridge operational precision with service excellence, ensuring smooth IT experiences across our teams. By upholding strong compliance, accountability, and collaboration, you’ll help sustain the technological backbone that drives our organization forward.
How You’ll Make An Impact
IT Asset Management
- Maintain and regularly update the IT Asset Register for all hardware and software assets.
- Tag and document all IT equipment with accurate and standardized identifiers.
- Conduct periodic asset audits to verify inventory accuracy, usage, and compliance with company policies.
- Track the full lifecycle of IT assets, including assignments, returns, and disposals.
- Maintain comprehensive records of warranties, licenses, and service contracts.
- Coordinate with global offices to ensure consistent asset tracking, reporting, and governance practices.
IT Procurement
- Manage end-to-end IT procurement activities, including vendor communication, quotation collection, and price benchmarking.
- Prepare and process purchase requests, purchase orders, and related billing documentation.
- Maintain all procurement records to ensure audit readiness and compliance.
- Collaborate with Finance and Administration teams to align procurement with budgeting and approval processes.
- Contribute to annual IT hardware and software budget planning and forecasting.
IT Support & Coordination
- Provide first-level hardware and software support to end users, including setup, troubleshooting, and installation assistance.
- Coordinate with IT Operations for equipment deployment, maintenance, upgrades, and recovery.
- Log, monitor, and track IT support tickets to ensure timely resolution.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes by managing IT asset allocation and recovery.
Reporting & Compliance
- Generate regular reports on asset utilization, audit outcomes, and procurement status.
- Ensure full compliance with IT policies, licensing agreements, and data security standards.
- Support both internal and external IT audits by preparing and providing relevant documentation.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in IT asset management, procurement, or inventory control (preferred).
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure components, including hardware, networking, and software licensing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and asset management or inventory tracking tools.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and documentation skills with a focus on accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
- High attention to detail, accountability, and process discipline.
Your X-Factor
- Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools such as Jira, SnipeIT, or Freshservice for ticketing and workflow management.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and data protection standards related to asset handling and disposal.
- Experience with automation or scripting (e.g., Excel macros, Google Apps Script, or Power Automate) to streamline asset and procurement reporting.
- Ability to analyze IT asset data to identify cost-saving opportunities, optimize utilization, and support strategic procurement decisions.
Your Pay & Perks
- Salary Range: BDT 35,000 - BDT 50,000
