Blockchain Developer in SWITZERLAND

Location: Zurich, Switzerland (Hybrid or Remote)

Reports to: Lead Blockchain Engineer / CTO

We are seeking a talented and motivated Blockchain Developer to design, build, and maintain blockchain-based applications and smart contract systems for our Swiss and international clients.

In this role, you will develop decentralized solutions using cutting-edge blockchain technologies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to building secure, scalable, and innovative blockchain products.

• Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps).
• Work with blockchain frameworks such as Ethereum, Solana, Hyperledger, or Polkadot.
• Collaborate with backend and frontend engineers to integrate blockchain components into existing systems.
• Optimize and test blockchain code for security, efficiency, and scalability.
• Maintain and improve blockchain nodes and related infrastructure.
• Research and evaluate emerging blockchain technologies and frameworks.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices.
• Write technical documentation and support internal knowledge sharing.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in blockchain development or distributed systems.
• Proficiency in Solidity, Rust, Go, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python.
• Hands-on experience with smart contract development tools (Hardhat, Truffle, Brownie, etc.).
• Strong understanding of cryptography, consensus algorithms, and token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721).
• Familiarity with blockchain infrastructure management, node operation, and APIs.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Fluent in English; German or French is a plus.
• Experience in DeFi, Web3, or enterprise blockchain projects is highly desirable.
