About The Role

We're hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our global hiring efforts as we scale our AI-powered Financial Operating System across international markets. If you're detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about building diverse teams in the fintech space, this role offers an excellent opportunity to grow your recruitment expertise while supporting our mission-critical hiring initiatives.


What You Will Do

Multi-Channel Recruitment Management: Maintain and optimize recruitment channels across global job boards, social platforms, and professional networks. Draft compelling job descriptions, release recruitment materials, and actively promote opportunities to attract top-tier fintech talent.

Full-Cycle Recruitment Execution: Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including resume screening, interview scheduling and coordination, conducting structured first-round interviews, managing onboarding processes, and building strategic talent pools for current and future hiring needs.

Data-Driven Recruitment Analytics: Analyze and synthesize recruitment activity data to create comprehensive reports and actionable insights. Identify recruitment challenges faced by business departments and develop data-backed solutions to improve hiring efficiency and candidate quality.

Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement: Continuously refine recruitment workflows and candidate experience to effectively meet urgent departmental hiring needs. Collaborate with hiring managers to streamline processes while maintaining high standards for candidate evaluation.

*This role will relocate to China, Shenzhen


What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Finance, Economics, or related fields preferred
  • 2+ years of hands-on recruitment experience in US tech company with deep familiarity with full-cycle recruitment processes in technology or fintech environments
  • Advanced proficiency in office software suites, ATS systems, and recruitment platforms, with excellent written communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated expertise in structured interviewing techniques and experience with HR assessment tools for technical and cultural fit evaluation
  • Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to solve complex recruitment data challenges and a genuine interest in recruitment metrics and optimization
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented professional with a proactive approach, excellent stakeholder communication skills, and a strong sense of ownership and accountability
