About the Role
Innovation begins with vision and exceptional products are born when vision meets execution. We are seeking an inspiring and strategic Chief Product Officer (CPO) to lead the organization’s global product vision, strategy, and execution, driving transformative growth and user engagement at scale.
As the senior executive overseeing the product organization, the CPO will shape the future of our product ecosystem from ideation and roadmap development to launch, lifecycle, and customer success. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this role will be pivotal in defining how we design, build, and deliver products that anticipate market needs and redefine customer value.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Lead the global product strategy, defining a unified roadmap across all business units and product lines.
Oversee the full product lifecycle from ideation and user research to launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
Partner with the executive team to align product priorities with organizational vision, growth, and profitability goals.
Build, mentor, and scale high-performing teams across Product Management, UX, and Product Analytics.
Drive data-informed decision-making by establishing key product metrics and performance dashboards.
Identify and evaluate emerging technologies, competitive trends, and customer needs to shape future product direction.
Partner with Engineering and Design to ensure efficient, high-quality execution of product development initiatives.
Represent the company externally at conferences, media engagements, and client discussions as a thought leader in product innovation.
Oversee product governance, compliance, and risk management to ensure responsible innovation.
