We are looking for a Webflow Developer with strong technical expertise, user experience sensibility, and a performance-driven mindset to support the digital presence of three ACT Group brands: Allshore Talent, Condado, and Tricension.
This is a strategic and hands-on role that involves building and optimizing websites, landing pages, and digital experiences across all ACT brands. You will ensure every web experience is visually compelling, highly performant, SEO-optimized, and aligned with business goals.
You will also play a key role in translating early-stage product and service ideas into market-ready websites and applications, working closely with the Head of Marketing and design teams to ensure digital touchpoints communicate value with clarity and impact.
What You’ll Do
Web Design & Development
- Build and maintain custom websites, landing pages, and microsites in Webflow.
- Translate brand and design assets into pixel-perfect, high-performing digital experiences.
- Implement responsive layouts to ensure seamless functionality across devices and browsers.
Interactivity & Animations
- Create smooth, engaging interactions, transitions, and animations within Webflow.
- Enhance usability and storytelling with motion design and micro-interactions.
CMS & Integrations
- Set up and manage Webflow CMS collections for scalable content management.
- Integrate websites with third-party tools, APIs, CRMs, analytics, and marketing platforms.
Performance & SEO Optimization
- Optimize pages for SEO with proper metadata, structured content, and accessibility best practices.
- Improve website performance by compressing assets, optimizing code, and reducing load times.
Collaboration & Iteration
- Partner with designers, marketers, and business stakeholders to bring product and service offerings to life.
- Contribute to product launch strategies by developing landing pages and prototypes for validation.
- Continuously test, measure, and refine websites to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Use of Modern Tools & AI
- Leverage Webflow’s ecosystem, no-code/low-code integrations, and AI tools to accelerate development.
- Stay current on Webflow updates, new features, and digital experience trends.
Who You Are
- Min. 1 year of experience as a Webflow developer or front-end web developer.
- Portfolio of live Webflow projects (sites, landing pages, or apps) demonstrating expertise.
- Expertise in Webflow’s designer, CMS, and interactions/animations.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive web design best practices.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (for custom embeds, troubleshooting, or advanced features).
- Ability to debug and problem-solve technical issues.
- Collaboration and communication skills.
- Familiarity with SEO, performance optimization, and accessibility standards (WCAG/ADA compliance).
- Bonus: Experience with Figma-to-Webflow workflows, integrations (Zapier, HubSpot, GA4, etc.), or lightweight custom coding.
