AI / ML Engineer

Exciting wellness startup consisting of medical and other clinicians based in Rhode Island, Boston, and Seattle with technical teams predominantly in India. Product is evolving from Pilot to commercial launch.

AI, ML ENGINEER - (Location - HAS TO BE LOCAL TO INDIA to work with local team, with some need to work US hours)

NOTE : Open also to ambitous and driven graduates as INTERNS from top engineering or AI/ML programs that have slightly less prior real world work experience and coding skills.

Responsibilities & Personal Qualities

·     Required: Efficient, hands-on coder with proficiency in Python, and very comfortable with popular ML stack and eager to learn and wor in new tech including prompt engineering with openAI/ LLM./ Langchain

·      Will be responsible for quick turnaround AI modeling work with ability to architect POC, validate, test and ship

·    

·      Very eager to learn new tech and / or experiment to be able to help add value to new business cases.

·     

·      Work with other machine learning scientists and engineers to develop custom NLP solutions for our vertical and use cases,

·      

·      Build machine learning pipelines from ideation up through prototyping, development, and deployment. ML Ops experience would be nice.

·      Develop, train, and validate machine learning algorithms.

·      Help create generalized solutions out of specific use cases.

·      Collaborate in a fully remote, Agile-like environment using tools like Slack and Git (with a lot of uninterrupted development time). Support for frequent customer demos and use cases.

·      Be able to work on India time zone consistently.

·      Be very mindful of transparent, quick and consistent communications to help manage team results.

·      Take pride in superior quality work and be able to justify technical approaches or decisions with tact, logic and clear thinking.

·      High degree of integrity and confidence.

DOCUMENTED experience : Be able to provide referenceable quality professional experience of 2 to 5 years.

Skills: Python, Data Structure and Algorithm, SQL, NoSQL, Knowledge Graph, System Design, Data Analytics, Algorithm Development.

Model Techniques: Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Transformer, STM, RNN, CNN, Boosting, Bagging, Ensemble Learning, Transfer Learning, Sentiment Analysis, etc. Prompt engineering, HuggingFace

Libraries:

TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, Flask, MongoDB, Numpy, Pandas, NLTK, Spacy

Tools:

GIT, Agile, Tableau, BI

Qualifications

Computer Science or equivalent Certifications in relevant areas from reputable institutions with strong real world commercialized projects at scale. Our Product is a mental health platform for college and high school kids, the Gen Z population. Has to be comfortable working with psychology domain
