The Role

Reporting to the IT Director, you will provide 1st and 2nd line support across Maris Interiors and Maris. You will maintain and support company devices, networks, and systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. This role is ideal for someone with a background in IT infrastructure and networking who wants to develop their skills in a collaborative and supportive environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

💻 Providing 1st and 2nd line support for PCs, laptops, mobile devices and other company technology

🔑 Managing network user accounts, email addresses and permissions

🌐 Supporting internet and email access to ensure reliable connectivity

🖥 Assisting with network and server management

📺 Maintaining meeting room IT equipment to ensure it works efficiently and is easy to use

🛠 Assisting with IT hardware and software setup, maintenance and troubleshooting

📞 Acting as second point of contact for IT support desk requests

📝 Performing ad hoc duties to support smooth office and IT operations

📜 Complying with all company policies, including anti-bribery, quality, environmental, and health and safety regulations

What We’re Looking For

✅ Minimum 1 year’s experience in IT support, infrastructure, or networking technologies

✅ Knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange, TCP/IP and general desktop and network support

✅ Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems and computer hardware

✅ Positive, can-do attitude with attention to detail and excellent customer service skills

✅ Professional, approachable and able to interact with colleagues at all levels with respect and diplomacy

✅ Willingness to go the extra mile and support team goals
