Position

Responsibilities

A motion graphic designer is responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging animated graphics and videos for a variety of media including television, film, web, social media, and advertising for client's marketing needs. At One Force a motion graphic designer role typically includes the following:

• Conceptualizing and developing creative ideas for motion graphics projects, including storyboarding, creating style frames, and designing and animating graphics.
• Creating and animating graphics, titles, and visual effects for video productions, using software such as After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Collaborating with other creative professionals, such as videographers, editors, and graphic designers, to ensure seamless integration of motion graphics into video productions.
• Developing and maintaining a library of graphic assets and templates for use in future projects.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest design and animation trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
• Communicating and presenting design concepts and ideas to clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Ensuring that all motion graphics are consistent with the client's brand guidelines and project requirements.
• Manage and direct external vendors to execute projects
  
  

To succeed as a motion graphic designer, one must have a strong background in graphic design, animation, and video production. Additionally, proficiency in software such as After Effects, Premiere Pro is essential, and experience with Cinema 4D is a plus.

Requirements

• Website portfolio URL
• 5+ years experience in relevant field
• Agency experience is a plus
• Proficiency in Adobe Products
• Experience with Lottie animations or 3D animation is a plus
• Must be comfortable engaging and communicating with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, or relevant field
