User Experience Designer (Retention Tribe)

• Design and iterate on user experiences that are intuitive, elegant, and outcome-driven
• Own the end-to-end design process across web and mobile platforms (from discovery to delivery)
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders in an agile, experiment-driven squad
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather continuous feedback to inform your design decisions
• Build and maintain design systems and component libraries that scale
• Deliver polished UI with strong attention to layout, spacing, color, and responsiveness
• Champion user-centric thinking and help improve our internal design processes

• 4+ years of experience in Product or UX/UI Design (preferably in SaaS)
• Experience designing user flows, prototypes, and responsive UIs for B2B platforms
• Proficiency in Figma (our core design tool) and other design software
• Ability to work with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
• Strong visual design skills with a good sense of typography, spacing, and hierarchy
• Comfortable using user research, product data, and feedback to improve designs
• An eye for simplifying complexity and improving conversion
• Curiosity, empathy, and love for food and hospitality tech

• Experience in building or contributing to design systems
• Familiarity with front-end development practices (HTML/CSS/React)
• Prior experience working in an early-stage or fast-paced product environment
• Motion design or micro-interaction skills
