We relocate employees from around the world to Poland. Our services cover formalizing the employment of the relocated employee, benefit packages for foreign employees, as well as training and audits related to hiring foreigners. We provide services throughout Poland. Our offer: 1. Legal work and stay We fulfill all administrative obligations of the employer to enable the employee to work in Poland. We take care of the entire, end-to-end administrative procedure of acquiring visas and work permits. We fulfill all administrative obligations of the employee to legally work and stay in Poland. We support them in the process of applying for a Temporary Residence Permit. 2. Employee Accommodation We take care of the whole rental process, the employee’s move to Poland and basic administrative matters during the first weeks of their stay. We support also employee's family members. 3. Audit and consultancy services We review documentation of previous and current employment of foreigners in your company. Based on the review we prepare the plan of scheduled extensions of residence permits for your employees. 4. Training We provide training packages for companies starting international recruitment as well as for experienced recruiters who would like to stay up to date with the latest legal and administrative changes. The training helps avoid costly mistakes upon hiring employees from abroad.
