CVH Spirits (formerly Distell International) was borne through partnership, knowledge, expertise, and success of our Distell founders Remgro, a visionary organisation who invest in companies that are positioned to succeed. Created in 1997, CVH has spent the last 25 years as a pioneering investment company and one of the original ‘owner’ companies involved since the 2010 merger of Stellenbosch Farmer Winery and Distillers Corp. With the changes in the Distell Group ownership, it has opened up a number of opportunities for the business, its people and the industry as a whole. CVH Spirits will remain a pioneering, stable business focussing primarily on the premium spirits sector.
