Founded in 2010, CDNHR Group is a professional training and development company that provides Employee and Leadership Development Training, Sensitivity Training, and Wellness @ Work programs to organizations across a variety of industry sectors. What makes us unique is the broad-based strategic thinking of our people coupled with their deep understanding of operational realities. Our operating divisions are Canadian HR Academy, Sensitivity Training Canada, and Worldwide Workplace Learning. Through Canadian HR Academy we host The CTMP Society of Canada for graduates of the Certified Talent Management Practitioner certification program. We are CAMSC/NMSDC-certified, WeConnect International registered and WBE Canada registered. In addition, we have memberships with the International Association of Workplace Bullying and Harassment, CPHR Alberta, the Canadian Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychologists, and the Canadian Psychological Association. We are certified by Psychometrics Canada to deliver the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) instrument as well as the Workplace Indicator Index (WPI), Thomas Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument, FIRO-B, Career Interest Profiler, CPI 260 and Career Values Scale. With a presence in Winnipeg, Calgary, Edmonton, Toronto, Halifax, and Vancouver, Regina, London, Burnaby, Ottawa, Moncton, Charlottetown, St. John's, and Whitehorse, we provide services nationally.
