Consultant for Different Firms in Various Countries for Establishing New Amusement Parks & Entertainment Cities My work starts with arranging the Visibility Study and the full supervision till the park is opened and operational My work includes but not limited to: • Gathering all the info needed for the project • Getting quotation for the rides and attractions and rides Distribution of games within the premises to ensure the public safety of the Visitors while moving within the Amusement Park • Follow up the work of the project with the execution contractor to ensure the actual implementation is identical to the Park • Supervising Architectural Drawings provided as well as follow up the purchases of raw materials & Decorations & Accessories to ensure the quality •Training the staff who will work in the Amusement Park to ensure how they will deal with the Families and Kids later, in addition to applying all safety standards •Offering the DNA File which will include but not limited to: • All the Documentation / Reports & Forms needed to Develop the administrative, Operational and Accounting system in the Amusement Park • The Organizational Structure of the Park including all designations and Job Descriptions • Internal policies and procedures and The internal Audit / Checklist System • Prepare the Daily Checklists needed to be done before the Daily Operations and Before Closing • Maintenance Manuals & Booklets of all Rides and Attractions and Games and Devices as well as the Evacuation procedures in different cases • Annual Budgeting (expected expenses and revenues) • Develop plans to ensure less economical cost as well as the operational quality of the place • Develop plans to ensure the best possible profits may reach the coverage of expenses and capital within few years • Plans of advertising, marketing & social networking • Personalized design of the entertainment city Mascot according to the general theme of the place
