CONSTRUCTION: As a Virginia Class A licensed General Contractor, we perform repairs, alterations, renovation, new construction, and historical restoration. Areas of expertise include Design-Build and CM at Risk. BUSINESS OPERATIONS CONSULTING: Outside The Box works with Federal contractors to support their business operations, focusing on generating greater value to the firm.
