This gives us a far wider reach than just representing the minority of people who are actively looking for a new position at any one time. Many are scaling businesses with a whole load of ambition. Some are in the UK, some are in Europe and some are in the US. All have a unique story to tell and attract very different types of people. And all value their recruitment process and how they are being represented to prospective employees.
