Business Transformation and HR Strategy Through Executive Selection, Policy Development, and Training, Line Manager Capability Building, Employee Engagement, HR auditing, and Culture Change programs. 4. Young Talent Program We provide pre-trained graduates for employment. The graduates go through 8 weeks of strengths-based capability-building and Training programs.
