Parent Support Outreach Services (PSOP) for residents of Ramsey County. 4. Business Consulting 5. Training 6. Organization Development and Change Management Shakir Consulting Services was founded upon integrity, values, servitude, cultural responsiveness, and racial equity. Our vision is to be a leading consulting and social services agency owned by a Muslim American woman who is a descendant of slavery, that provides seamless and transformative services for those who are often overlooked or go unnoticed.
