Responsabilities:
Lead the development and implementation of innovative mobile applications using React and React Native, focusing on performance, reliability, and user experience.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless development process, from ideation to deployment.
Design and build efficient, reusable, and scalable front-end solutions that meet user needs and business requirements.
Take ownership of the mobile app's performance, ensuring fast load times, smooth user interactions, and an intuitive UI/UX.
Prioritize tasks and manage technical debt while balancing speed, quality, and functionality.
Tackle complex technical challenges related to mobile applications and their integration with back-end systems, ensuring optimal performance across devices and platforms.
Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and provide mentorship to junior developers.
Contribute to the overall technical direction and architecture of the product in collaboration with the engineering team.
Leverage AI tools (e.g., Cursor) to optimize workflows, improve development efficiency, and enhance product capabilities.
Requirements:
Experience: Over 5 years in front-end or mobile app development, with significant experience in React and React Native, preferably in the fintech or trading industry.
Technical Skills: Expertise in JavaScript, React, React Native, and mobile application development. Familiarity with mobile CI/CD pipelines, REST APIs, and performance optimization techniques is a plus.
AI Tools: Experience with AI tools such as Cursor to streamline development processes and improve productivity.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to solve complex technical problems and deliver high-quality, user-focused solutions.
Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in the fintech or derivatives trading space is a significant advantage.
Product Focus: A user-first mindset and the ability to understand complex business requirements to design and implement high-impact solutions.
Team Player: Collaborative, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, remote startup environment.
Tools/Technologies: Familiarity with tools like Git, Jira, and version control systems. Knowledge of AWS or similar cloud platforms is a plus.
