Ray Advertising is searching for a driven and articulate Creative Strategist to join our team in a WORK FROM HOME opportunity.
This position involves night shift from Monday to Saturday, 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM BD time, with Saturdays being half shift from 7 p.m to 1a.m. This is a Night Shift job and the shift timing is non-negotiable.

Position OverviewRay Advertising is looking for a Creative Strategist who will be responsible for sourcing and managing UGC content, developing high-performing ad creatives, and optimizing Facebook ad campaigns. The role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making to craft compelling social media advertisements that drive results.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Strategy & UGC Content Management- Source and manage UGC (User-Generated Content) by reaching out to content creators who can produce engaging ad creatives
- Develop and execute UGC-based ad strategies for Facebook campaigns
- Analyze market trends, audience insights, and competitor strategies to find new angles for ad creatives
- Collaborate with content creators, video editors, and copywriters to ensure high-quality content production
- Write detailed ad briefs to guide UGC creators in producing high-converting video ads
Ad Performance Analysis & Optimization- Monitor and analyze key ad performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversion rates, engagement rates)
- Use tools like Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Facebook Ad Library to track and improve performance
- Identify winning UGC creatives and optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness
- Implement A/B testing strategies to refine creative performance
Competitor & Market Analysis- Conduct competitive research using Facebook Ad Library to analyze industry-leading ad creatives
- Stay updated with the latest Facebook algorithm changes, ad trends, and consumer behavior
- Utilize audience insights and performance data to refine UGC strategies
Collaboration & Team Coordination- Communicate with UGC content creators to source high-quality video content
- Work closely with the media buying team to align creative direction with business goals
- Ensure all creative assets follow brand guidelines and best practices
- Manage relationships with content creators and influencers to consistently bring in fresh ad creatives
Qualifications & Skills
Required Skills & Expertise:- Proven experience in UGC content strategy, Facebook ad creatives, and social media advertising
- Strong portfolio showcasing UGC-based ad creatives
- Experience in reaching out to content creators and managing UGC production
- Deep understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, ad performance analytics, and audience targeting
- Ability to write ad briefs and communicate effectively with content creators
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and refine creative strategies
- Excellent team coordination and collaboration skills
Technical Abilities & Tools:- Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Facebook Ad Library
- Experience in A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance tracking
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or Canva is a plus
Soft Skills:- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills (especially with content creators)
- Creative mindset with a passion for ad storytelling
Experience Requirements- Minimum 2 years of experience in UGC content strategy, social media advertising, or creative strategy
- Experience in affiliate marketing, e-commerce, or Pay-Per-Call campaigns is a plus
- Strong background in branding, storytelling, and visual communication
