Are you an experienced Software Engineer with a passion for technical interviewing?


We are looking for Technical Interview Engineers specializing in Backend (.NET & C#), Frontend (TypeScript/JavaScript), or Quality Assurance (QA) to join our team in Malta. This role requires relocation, and we provide full relocation support to make the transition seamless.As a key member of the Technical Recruitment Committee (TRC), you will play a pivotal role in evaluating and selecting top technical talent for our growing technology teams. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining high hiring standards by conducting standardized assessments of candidates’ technical expertise, cultural fit, and team alignment. You will closely collaborate with Product Development and Talent Acquisition teams to meet the evolving needs of the organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Technical Assessments: Evaluate candidates' core skills, technical expertise, cultural fit, and team alignment.
  • Collaborate with Product Teams: Understand role-specific requirements and adjust evaluation criteria accordingly.
  • Provide Structured Feedback: Ensure fair and inclusive candidate assessments by providing detailed feedback to hiring managers and Talent Acquisition teams.
  • Participate in Committee Meetings: Share insights, refine evaluation methods, and maintain consistency across assessments.
  • Improve Hiring Processes: Contribute to process enhancements for greater efficiency and effectiveness in recruitment.
  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Align assessments with the company’s talent strategy and industry best practices.


Requirements

For All Positions:

  • Proven leadership skills with experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for recruiting and onboarding talent with a focus on people and culture.


Backend Engineer:

  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering roles (e.g., Software Engineer, DevOps).
  • Expertise in .NET and C#.


Frontend Engineer:

  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering roles.
  • Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript; experience with Angular is a plus.


QA Engineer:

  • 5+ years of experience in QA roles with expertise in test planning, execution, and automation.
  • Skills in testing frameworks like Cypress/Playwright (JavaScript) and backend testing tools like RestSharp (C#). Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins) is essential.
