Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and versatile Multimedia Designer and Video Production Specialist with agency experience to create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content. The ideal candidate will be proficient in industry-standard tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and DaVinci Resolve, or similar platforms. You will play a key role in delivering visually compelling campaigns, working alongside designers, content creators, and strategists. A strong foundation in graphic design and motion design is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Motion Design: Create motion graphics and animated elements to enhance storytelling, branding, and campaign objectives.
• Video Editing: Edit and produce engaging video content for social media, advertising campaigns, and other digital platforms.
• Graphic Design Integration: Collaborate with graphic designers to integrate design assets into animations and videos seamlessly.
• Post-Production: Ensure all video and animation projects meet brand guidelines, quality standards, and project deadlines.
• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with creative and marketing teams to conceptualise and execute visually impactful projects.
• Tool Proficiency: Leverage tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and other motion design software to deliver exceptional content.
• Trend Awareness: Stay on top of the latest trends, technologies, and developments in motion design and video production.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in motion design, video production, and editing, preferably in an agency setting.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro), DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools for motion graphics and video editing.
• Graphic Design Foundation: Strong understanding of design principles and experience working collaboratively with graphic designers.
• Portfolio: A compelling portfolio showcasing diverse motion design, animation, and video editing projects.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
• Collaboration: Experience working within creative teams to bring concepts to life.
• Attention to Detail: High level of precision and quality control in all work.

• Familiarity with advanced rendering software or techniques.
• Experience with AR/VR content creation.
