About the Role

Muxon is looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Red Team Leader to lead offensive and defensive security initiatives in a high-stakes environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in penetration testing, Red Team operations, and cybersecurity defense, with a passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of emerging threats.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute Red Team operations in real-world environments.
• Conduct security assessments, penetration testing, and adversary simulation.
• Develop strategies to bypass security controls and enhance detection capabilities.
• Collaborate with security teams to improve cybersecurity defense mechanisms.
• Research and implement innovative offensive security techniques.

Key Qualifications

• Fluency in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Strong understanding of offensive and defensive cybersecurity techniques.
• Hands-on experience with penetration testing and Red Team operations.
• Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and cloud security environments.
• Programming or scripting experience in Python, Golang, Shell, or similar languages.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-security environment.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity.

Nice to Have (preferred but not required):

• Experience with Active Directory security, privilege escalation, or EDR evasion.
• Familiarity with offensive security tools such as Cobalt Strike, Metasploit, or Burp Suite.
• Knowledge of cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern attack techniques.
• Industry certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, CRTO, or similar (preferred but not required).
