What You’ll Be Doing:
🔹 Design & implement network improvements to support ultra-low latency trading.
🔹 Deploy the latest network features and software updates.
🔹 Support key projects, including network expansion, PTP implementation, automation, and telemetry.
🔹 Onboarding new customer servers and connections.
🔹 Operational support & troubleshooting in a high-stakes environment.
What They’re Looking For:
✅ Independent & proactive problem solver – thrives in a self-driven environment.
✅ Strong communicator – able to work effectively with engineers, and external providers.
✅ Comfortable with on-call rotation (1 week in every 3-4).
Essential Experience:
✔️ 5+ years in Network Engineering
✔️ BGP & Network Protocols
✔️ Data Center Infrastructure (architecture, patching, switching)
✔️ Multicast Networking
Beneficial Experience:

➕ Firewalls & Network Security
➕ CCNP / CCIE Certification
➕ Financial Trading Environments
➕ Automation (Python, Ansible)
